Georgie's Mediterranean Cuisine

Got falafel 8 pieces ($5), shawerma wrap $10, and one lamb kebab skewer ($9). Friendly and welcoming staff. Nice ambience. Falafel is very well made and is like what you’d get overseas. It was freshly made and had proper spices. Loved it! The shawerma is different than what you’d get overseas, it’s very Americanized; it tasted well tho. I’d call it a chicken sandwich, not a shawerma tho. The lamb kebab was good. Was tender and tasty. Had proper spices which is basically pepper and salt.

One of my favorite mediterranean restaurants! The portions are large, I share a mixed plate with my husband. Every meat is great, the steak, lamb chops etc. The rice is even better the next day. The desserts are always good too!

Order steak shawarma, one of the best I tried, is authentic Mediterranean food Wife order chicken shawarma and love it too , the French fries was also fire definitely will comeback soon !!

Canyon Crest area has a great selection of unfamiliar restaurants to choose from. It's not your average " burger stand" food. -This was our first time eating at Georgie's. There weren't many people in there at 8:38 pm which happened to be great for me, my social battery runs low at times. We ate our food outdoors. My only gripe is that there's no difference with the containers when you dine-in or order to-go. I would have liked to have had regular dishes for dining in. However, the atmosphere was well lit and decent, the cashier has great customer service, and the food tasted subpar. My favorite item was the garlic sauce/dip, baklava and the rice. The steak my wife ordered was tough to eat. We will visit again in the near future and try other menu items.

We have been to numerous Mediterranean restaurants and I think this one gets an outstanding prize. Two things really stood out for me: 1. The overall taste was delightful, in particular, the Chicken wrap I had had a special memorable taste. The chicken was done nicely keeping the meat juicy. There were also generous amounts of meat in the wrap. 2. For the lamb Shish kebab bowl, we got salad only, so it was like a lamb salad. I was surprised that there were 6 or 7 large pieces of lambs, they were tender and delicious. Their garlic sauce and Tanini sauce were both lovely. There are both inside and outside seating, both clean and comfortable. It was 97F but it was still pretty comfortable seating in the outside patio area.

My husband and I have been here twice now, and the food is incredible every single time! The quality is consistent, and everything is packed with flavor. We ordered the chicken shawarma wraps to-go, but they never made it home because we couldn’t resist eating them in the car! If you’re looking for delicious, authentic Mediterranean food, look no further — Georgie’s is your new go-to spot. You’ll thank me later!

This gem is located in the 'Canyon Crest Towne Centre' shopping center near Ralph's with plenty of parking. There's inside and outside seating. We wanted a good, but fast-casual Mediterranean meal so this was a great find. I had their 'Beef Shawarma' Plate which consists of rice, topped with beef, 2 cold sides, 1 sauce, and piece of pita bread. I had the hummus and potato salad as sides, which were both excellent choices. The beef was tender and flavorful and the garlic paste was a great addition. I also took home a few yummy 'Walnut and Pistachio Baklavas' to enjoy later in the day. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, good service, and fair prices. Overall, we had a great time here and will definitely return to try more of their menu!

This place has authentic regional dishes. My partner loves the falafel plate and I enjoyed the steak kabob bowl, which had pretty good-tasting steak for the money. The food is of consistently good quality and the servers are fast and personable. Seating is quite limited and not particularly comfortable so we usually opt for takeout.
